Really impressed - ordered flowers for next day delivery and they arrived on time and were lovely and much appreciated. The whole process was seamless with excellent service and communication and at a reasonable price. Thank you, I shall certainly use your services again.

Let me start by saying that I have used this company before and been very satisfied but both their courier and their customer service have let them down this time.

I am recently disabled and practically housebound so after a friend had to cancel a rare trip out I was feeling sad at having to rely so much on other people and ordered myself a lovely bunch of flowers to cheer me up. I got a message to say that my flowers were being 'chauffered' and then another to say they had been delivered. Obviously, I was at home, and my doorbell had not rung nor did I have any flowers. I contacted customer services and after some investigation, they determined that my flowers had been put through the street door letterbox rather than delivered to my flat. By the time one of my neighbours got home from work and was able to bring them up to me, they had been basking in glorious thirty-degree sunshine for five hours. The flowers were a little the worse for wear, to say the least, and I was left sobbing because once more I was having to rely on someone else because of my disability.

When I asked customer services for a refund they simply stopped replying to me. I believe that the 'chauffeur' saw that I had checked the special instructions option to 'be patient' and decided he didn't want to wait an extra thirty seconds while I answered the doorbell, so didn't ring it at all.

Always a great service and the recipient was very happy with the flowers

Arrived on time, and when placed in a vase they looked lovely and are still going over a week later. My wife loved them thank you!

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered flowers that didn't arrive, then I was advised I cannot complain until 24 hours AFTER it was supposed to be delivered. Still no flowers after 24 hours and only then did they apologise (nothing before) - no updated tracking.. and they will arrange a new delivery, after said I wanted a refund! They offered no compensation like sending a better bouquet on them, they totally ruined my surprise gift. Will not be using them again. When a customer says they want a refund, give it to them, you have no right decide what suits you after you never stuck to your side of the contract! Back to interflora, I go!

All I can say is I won’t be using this company again, I was able to get better flowers from tescos for £8.99, than the extremely disappointing lifeless shrubs they sold me for £29.99. After complaining, they kept saying they were fine and would bloom, 5 days later they’re dead! Don’t waste your money. Use Prestige instead. Much better quality.

Flowers arrived as ordered, but the gladioli did not have much colour variety as pictured. Also, hardly any length of stem so flowers had to be removed to put into the vase of water.

Wasn’t impressed!! Will not use again. Didn’t read the small print. They came in a small cardboard envelope and were not impressive at all. Considering I spent over £35 I expected a lovely bunch of flowers. So disappointed!!

Flowers were supposed to be there for my wife's next day birthday. Arrived after 8pm!

What a total waste of time and money.

Customer services just quoted T&C. What use is an 8pm delivery, furthermore how is this acceptable as "next day"

What a joke, never again. Avoid like the plague they will let you down

Well delivered on time. Flowers did look good on photo as the delivery was in the Highlands of Scotland. Good for the price.
Will use again.

The flowers that arrived certainly did mot look like the bouquet I ordered. They were left behind a bin, no card was left to say they had been delivered. When recipient noticed they were there the flowers had been outside in the heat for hours so looked dead!
